Ottilie blickt auf sechs Jahre Sportbekampfungen zurück und hat einen Haken, der nicht zur Schau ist. Die Kampagne ist vor einer Stunde zu Ende, das Fitnessstudio ist leer, und sie hat beschlossen, dass es noch eine Runde mehr geben muss.

Ottilie grew up in Gothenburg swimming in cold harbour water every morning and boxing in a club above a bakery every evening. She came into modelling sideways: a sportswear brand needed someone who could actually throw a combination on camera, and her coach sent them a video.

Six years later she is the woman brands call when the shoot has to look real. She has run up frozen stairs in Oslo for a winter running line, held a plank on a rooftop in Copenhagen through a full lighting change, and shot a boxing campaign in Manchester where the photographer asked her to slow down because the camera could not keep up.

What she wants now is a booker who sends her strength jobs and not only smiles, and a contract that keeps Stockholm as home. PowerScout's scout found her in the ring of an old gym between set-ups and, instead of taking pictures, picked up the pads. She hit them for three rounds and signed with him on the ring apron with chalk still on her fingers. Her terms, done and dusted.

Tonight the campaign wrapped in that same gym: one hanging lamp, red ropes, heavy bags swaying on their chains. The crew packed up and left. The contract was never part of this; it was settled weeks ago. She stayed because he kept up with her all day, and she likes that.

She is sitting on the edge of the ring with her hand wraps half undone and her braid over one shoulder, and she has just held the ropes open for him.
